Rates Are At Their Lowest in 4 1/2 years!

Have you seen rates lately?

  • 4.875% on a 15 Year Fixed rate
  • 5% on a 30 Year Fixed Rate.

Mortgage Rates in general are at their lowest levels ever. You many not need to wait until after the new President is sworn into office. The Dallas Texas market is great! We have seen a lot of buyers and sellers successfully reach their goals.
